In accordance with the duties assigned to it by the Law No. 5174, ICI provides the basic documentation and reporting services required by the industrialists during each stage of the production and commerce activities starting from their very incorporation.
Membership Procedures
For the procedures of membership, cancellation of membership or membership information update, certificate of existence and activity, certification of Bag-Kur (Social Security Organization for Artisans and the Self-Employed) forms, Tender Status Document, confirmation document of continuous activity for 2 years, other documents concerning membership and the information concerning the trade registry records of the firms the only thing you need to do is to apply to our Member Relations Branch. Membership procedures are wholly conducted and rapidly concluded in electronic environment.
Capacity Reports
Our Capacity Branch conducts the services concerning the arrangement of capacity reports after an examination done at your workplace by an expertise group, and provides certified current copies of the reports. Capacity reports are now prepared in coded form in line with the US 97 international classification within a short time. Moreover, the arranged documents include Certificate of Manufacturing Competency and "Certificate of Domestic Good", aimed at providing a competitive advantage to domestic manufacturers at the public procurements that are open to the foreigners as well.
Survey and Expertise Reports
Our Industry Branch meets your demands for identifying shrinkage rates, actual production and consumption quantities, age determination of imported used machines, arrangement of the tender qualification documents and expertise reports regarding the export, import, customs, incentive legislation and manufacturing industry.
Investment Incentive Certificates
You can obtain from ICI your incentive certificates concerning the manufacturing industry investments made in Istanbul and in conformity with the terms specified in communiqués. You can obtain the relevant communiqués and application information from our web site. You can apply to our Industry Branch to find out if your investment complies with the terms of the incentive certificate and to get an incentive certificate prepared.
Free Circulation Certificates
Our EU and Foreign Economic Relations Branch prepares and arranges the free circulation documents our members require during the exportation process, as per with the customs legislation and free circulation agreements.
Other Documentation and Information Services Concerning the Industry
Our Industry Branch provides assistance concerning the process of extending the duration of Investment Incentive Certificates, incentive-backed investment completion reports and visas, and Chamber Approval for SME Incentive Certificates.
Activities of Sectoral Committees
 Professional Committees are one of the dynamic platforms on which our members can bring up their sectoral problems, opinions and recommendations. By communicating the sectoral problems to our Sectoral Committees Branch, you can contribute to the resolution of these problems.
Along with the monthly and periodical sectoral meetings of Committees, the biannual Sectoral Committees Joint Meetings ensure that sectoral problems are discussed at a macro-level.
